Fiberglass displaces Wood on Walkway

Sometimes the "old way" is not the "right way". We have a good customer, Union Oil and Gas in Winfield, WV., that had an old wooden plank walkway on the rear side of their office building and they said it was looking pretty bad. They were concerned about the safety of their workers and the way it looked to their customers and pedestrians passing by.

What to use? Call GEF Incorporated, and so they did. Again, GEF showed up with our tape measures and some great ideas for the customer to consider. The decision was made to use Duradek® I-6000 pultruded grating in color grey. Great decision, the product and color blends right into the existing steel structure and adds the safety and aesthetics desired by the customer.
